These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Cosmic Phoenix LLC (“Cosmic Phoenix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including cosmicphoenixllc.com and the brands we operate. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

Cosmic Phoenix LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using our services you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of our services

We build and run local internet services, including our own local service websites, and we provide business systems automation, operational reviews and AI automation services to businesses. Consulting and build work is governed by the written scope and proposal agreed for that engagement. Where you ask about home-service work through one of our local service websites, the work itself is carried out by an independent local company. Cosmic Phoenix LLC does not itself perform that work and is not responsible for the acts, omissions or workmanship of the company that does. Any agreement for that work is between you and that company.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any of our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or networks.
• Interfere with the operation of our services, including through automated scraping, denial of service, or introduction of malicious code.
• Use our services to send unsolicited communications or violate the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Cosmic Phoenix LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cosmic Phoenix LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
