Local internet services and business systems automation
Cosmic Phoenix builds local internet services and business systems automation. We consult on operational reviews and develop AI automations for business management and revenue creation.
What we do
Local internet services
We build and run local service websites with call and inquiry handling built in. We operate our own sites in several U.S. cities, and we build the same kind of site for local businesses.
Business systems automation
We replace paper forms, spreadsheets and manual follow-up with connected systems for job intake, scheduling, reminders, invoicing hand-offs and record keeping.
Operational reviews
We look at how work moves through a business today, from the first inquiry to the paid invoice, and write up where time and money are lost and what to change first.
AI automations for business management and revenue creation
We build AI tools that keep watch on the business: alerts when something needs attention, data mining across your records, dashboards, and workflows that sort requests, draft replies and keep jobs moving.
Who we work with
Local businesses that still run on paper, phone notes and spreadsheets and want to move to automated systems. For example:
- A trades operator who wants every job request logged, dispatched to the right crew and followed up after the work is done, without a stack of paper job sheets.
- A professional services firm that wants new-client intake handled online, with forms, document collection and a booked first appointment landing in one place.
- A local service company that wants every inquiry from its website or phone line turned into a booked appointment, with reminders and follow-up running on their own.
How engagements start
- Scoping call. We talk through how the business runs today and what you want to change.
- Scope and fixed-price proposal. We send a written scope with a fixed price for the work.
- Build or consult. We build the system, or carry out the review, against that scope.
- Handover. You receive the finished system with its documentation, or the written review with its recommendations.
Engagements start with a scoping call, arranged by email.
